PROMISE OF COMMITMENT

By joining Dikhumo Investments (CFI), I acknowledge and commit to the following terms and conditions:

• The once-off membership fee of R1,500 (R500 admin fee + R1,000 share capital for 2 shares) must be paid in full within 5 months.
• Payment can be made via stop order, debit order, or cash deposit.
• Only after the full membership fee is paid will you be recognised as a member, entitled to participate in all meetings and activities of the cooperative.
• A member may terminate membership after giving one month's notice, and after all avenues to find a replacement as per the constitution are exhausted.
• Membership is individually based (for family benefit) and only transferable to a willing immediate family member on total loss of income or death of the initial member.
• Termination conditions are as outlined in the constitution. The Exco is guided by constitutional provisions.
• All members shall comply with the constitution and disciplinary measures in case of misconduct.
• All members will receive a membership number for voting, access, and any membership benefits.
• Membership approval is granted by the Exco after payment. Denial is based on constitutional provisions.
• Applicants have one appeal chance for membership approval. Thereafter, the decision is final.
• The membership fee is non-refundable.
• The joining fee must be deposited directly into the bank account of DIKHUMO INVESTMENTS (CFI).
• Dikhumo Investments is bound by POPIA not to disclose members' information to third parties without the member's approval.
