FSCA Compliance
Dikhumo Investments operates as a Co-operative Financial Institution (CFI) under the supervision of the Cooperative Banks Development Agency (CBDA).
1. Regulatory Status
Dikhumo Investments is registered in terms of the Co-operatives Act, 2005 (Act No. 14 of 2005). As a CFI, we are required to comply with the exemption notice (or registration requirements) issued by the Prudential Authority within the South African Reserve Bank.
2. Nature of Services
We are authorized to take deposits from and provide loans to our members only. We do not offer financial services to the general public.
3. Member Responsibility
Members are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the cooperative's Constitution and policies. While the CBDA provides oversight, members are ultimately responsible for electing competent leadership and participating in governance.
4. Complaints
Any complaints regarding governance or financial misconduct can be directed to the Audit Committee or escalated to the CBDA if internal resolution fails.
