Terms of Service - Dikhumo Investments

1. Membership Agreement

By applying for membership with Dikhumo Investments (CFI), you agree to abide by the Constitution of the Cooperative and the rules set forth by the Board of Directors.

2. Fees and Shares

Admin Fee: The R500 administration fee is necessary for processing your application and creating your profile. This fee is non-refundable.
Share Capital: The minimum share capital contribution is R1,000 (2 shares at R500 each).
Total Entry: R1,500 is required to become a Full Member with voting rights.

3. Membership Status

Members who have paid only the admin fee are classified as "Partial Members". Partial Members do not hold voting rights and cannot participate in profit sharing until the minimum share capital is paid.

4. Termination and Refunds

Membership may be terminated by giving written notice. Share capital (not the admin fee) is refundable subject to the cooperative's liquidity and the approval of the Board, in accordance with the Cooperative Banks Act.

5. Governance

All members have the right to attend Annual General Meetings (AGM) and vote on key decisions, provided they are Full Members in good standing.
